M de Minuty Rosé 2013, Château Minuty
"... a serious, dry rosé whose mouthwateringly crisp and tangy raspberry fruit is seamlessly pure and delicately dry."
- The Wine Gang

M de Minuty Rosé from Château Minuty (on the St Tropez peninsular in Provence) is our bestselling wine for a good reason: it's the archetype of Provençal rosé - delicious, elegant, crisp and refreshing.

Until the 1st of September we're offering it at the very special price of £9.95 a bottle, so stock up for the bank holiday!

SOMMELIER'S PICK OF THE WEEK

Morgon 2012, Julien Sunier
Jan Konetzki, Head Sommelier at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay recommends Julien Sunier's 2012 Morgon

"Gamay was once excluded from the world of fine wines as an unfashionable, seasonal, bulk wine. Its comeback recalls that of John Travolta in Pulp Fiction: dryer, with more character, but still easy to fall in love with. Julien Sunier's 2012 Morgon offers brilliant value for money. Fresh red fruit notes, violets, dry and crisp, but not sharp on the palate and light like a dancer, with some flinty minerality. We serve it to accompany our roasted rabbit loin with Bayonne ham, salted baked turnips, toasted hazelnuts and pickled mustard seed."

Jan Konetzki, Head Sommelier, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, Royal Hospital Road
